QME E-Learning Starts Here
For Chiropractors
DCs who want to become a QME in California are required to complete a 25-hour Industrial Disability Evaluator (IDE) training course. This 25-Hour IDE course is approved by & meets the California's Division of Workers' Compensation requirement for a DC to become a QME.
Pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 16, Section 361(h)(2) (CCR 16 § 361(h)(2)), Chiropractors who are already licensed in the state of California when enrolling in this course, may also qualify to apply up to 18 credit hours towards their BOCE continuing education general requirements.
For Medical Doctors
MDs taking this test prep course benefit from the deep dive into the material to best prepare them for this notoriously difficult exam.
This IDE course is comprised of 2 components:
1. 13 Hours of Live Instruction via live webinar or in-person attendance. Location Marina Del Rey Hotel, 13534 Bali Way Marina Del Rey CA, 90292. Map. You must attend BOTH dates:
July 25, 2026, 8am-5pm PT
July 26, 2026, 8am-12pm PT
2. 12 Hours of On-Demand Instruction and Testing On this e-learning platform, the lessons are all self-paced. You will be required to complete each lesson in entirety, and also have the ability to re-play any content that you'd like to revisit. You should complete as many of these lessons BEFORE live instruction
Bonus! With your registration, you will be eligible to retake the course at no additional charge should you not pass your exam.

Regular Rate: $2,200.00
Continuing Education Credits: Completing this course will satisfy 10 hours of required California Board of Chiropractic Examiners credits provided that you are already licensed in CA by the live instruction dates.
